Bringing the flavours of Southeast Asia into each of our cocktails and culinary dishes, we strive to find
balance in each of our unique creations.
All of our meat is hormone & antibiotic free, sustainably raised & provincially sourced. Wherever possible, our veggies are sourced seasonally & locally from farmers and friends.
We are open daily for lunch & dinner service.
Our Bone Broth Story
Yum Son's broth recipe is an homage to the traditional French and Vietnamese cooking methods.
We strive to create a rich and nutritious broth that showcases both East and West.
It begins with hormone and antibiotic free beef bones and organic chicken bones. The bones are roasted to enhance the richness of the broth.
We add charred ginger, lemongrass, galangal root, and goji berries to add complexity to the broth.
Our kitchen has created a signature mix of aromatic spices, including cinnamon, green cardamom, star anise, and coriander seeds.
The broth is simmered for 24 hours to draw out the beneficial minerals including magnesium, calcium, vitamin d, zinc, iron and collagen.
Our kitchen proudly uses no MSG, and we are very pleased to say that our meat comes ethically sourced.
